Whether to allow the treatment of URLs (like http:// or ftp://) as files.
allow_url_fopen = On

Whether to allow include/require to open URLs (like http:// or ftp://) as files.
allow_url_include = On

這兩個都設(shè)置成On。就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程下載圖片了。
